Are you crazy!?!?! The answer to you question can be summed up in one word, NO!
If you do tell her she will only keep it for about 30 minute before she tell all your friend and family probably right in front of you too! Even if she doesn't mean any harm, keeping a secret is difficult! Think about your own ability to keep a secret when you have a really 'hot' piece of gossip.
